Greenwood mixed-use

Carkeek cluster housing

Market Street mixed-use
A mixed-use development with seven stories of residential units above a drive-through bank has been proposed at 1536 NW Market St. The property is located on the north side of Northwest Market Street between 15th and 17th avenues Northwest. Licton Springs subdivision

25th NE mixed-use
A three-story mixed-use building including 5,160 square feet of retail space, a 3,840 square foot restaurant, and 19,800 square feet of office space has and retail has been proposed at 5001 25th Ave. NE. Esplanade subdivision
A short subdivision to divide a single parcel into two parcels of land has been granted at 3017 NW Esplanade. The subdivision will create two substandard lots, each with a single-family residence, in an environmentally critical area (the parcel sizes are 3,061 square feet and 5,574 square feet; the property is zoned SF 7200, with a minimum lot size of 7,200 square feet). A four-story, 30,250-square-foot mixed use building has been proposed at 8623 Roosevelt Way NE. The project includes 3,517 square feet of administrative office space and 21 apartment units. Roosevelt townhouses

Northgate south lot project
A project including four six-story buildings and underground and surface parking for 650 vehicles has been proposed at 301 NE 103rd St. This project would be located on the south parking lot of Northgate Mall and build adjacent to a proposed city improvement to the Thornton Creek drainage system. A shoreline permit has been conditionally granted for the future expansion of service buildings in the Shilshole Bay Marina, 7001 Seaview Ave. NW. Nine buildings totaling 47,335 square feet (includes office, retail, restaurant, storage and restroom uses) would be constructed; eight existing buildings would be demolished. U-District hotel
A declaration of non-significance (no environmental impact statement required) has been granted to a proposed six-story hotel room with 59 rooms and two residential apartments at 4719 12th Ave. NE. U-District antenna
Cingular Wireless has proposed the installation of three panel antennas and an equipment cabinet on the roof of an existing apartment building at 4544 7th Ave. NE. DPD has issued Cingular a Declaration of Non-Significance (no environmental impact statement required) and a conditionally granted an administrative conditional use permit to allow the antenna to exceed the height limit in a midrise zone.
