North Seattle Land Use

Roosevelt High departures approved

Three design departures and SEPA approval have been granted to the Seattle School District for the renovation and expansion of Roosevelt High School, 1410 NE 66th St. The design depatures are to continue bus loading on 12th and 15th Avenues Northeast, to increase permitted heights for new retaining walls/fences, and to allow reduced parking (88 spaces, rather than the 302 which would be required under city codes) for the project. Licton Springs short plat

A proposal to subdivide one parcel into five lots at 9310 Stone Av N has been approved. The construction of townhomes on the site is being reviewed under project #2306533. University Village offices

The Design Review Board will review a proposed office/residential project at 5001 25th Ave. NE.
