City's golf courses lower fees

The Parks Department is lowering a number of fees at the City's public golf courses in order to make the courses more competitive with their private counterparts. Beginning March 1, green fees at all three City-owned golf courses Jackson Park in North Seattle, as well as Jefferson (on Beacon Hill) and West Seattle will be reduced from $28 to $25 weekdays and remain at $30 on weekends and holidays. Senior weekday green fees will be reduced from $22 to $20. Power cart rental fees will be reduced from $24 to $22 with a $2 key deposit instead of $10.
