Green Lake mixed-use

DCLU held an early design guidance meeting on Feb. 24 to hear a developer's preliminary plans to build a six-story building on the current site of Gregg's Cycle in Green Lake, at 300 NE Ravenna Blvd. The building would include ground level commercial space and accessory parking. Fremont office building

DCLU granted a shoreline substantial development permit on Feb. 13 to establish use for future construction of a four-story, 25,679-square-foot administrative office building at 123 NW 36th St. The project would include below-grade parking for 64 cars. March 6 is the deadline for anyone wishing to appeal DCLU's decision with the Washington State Shoreline Hearings Board. For details, call Onum Esonu of DCLU at 233-7196.

Green Lake townhouses

DCLU received a master-use permit application to allow for the construction of eight single-family residences with attached garages in a cluster development at 7440 Latona Ave. NE and 311 NE 75th St., near Green Lake. Greenwood townhouses

DCLU on Jan. 30 granted a master-use permit to allow for a single parcel at 9726 Woodlawn Ave. N to be subdivided into four separate lots. An application for a permit to build townhouses on each of the lots is being separately reviewed by DCLU. For details, call Colin Vasquez of DCLU at 684-1745.

Wallingford townhouses

A developer submitted an application to DCLU on Feb. 6 for a master-use permit to subdivide a single parcel at 3637 Wallingford Ave. N into five separate units. Ballard retail project

A developer submitted an application to DCLU on Jan. 30 for a master-use permit to build a single-story, 8,602-square-foot retail sales and service building at 5400 22nd Ave. NW. An existing structure would be demolished. For details, call Lisa Rutzick of DCLU at 386-9049.

Office project approved

DCLU on Jan. 27 granted a shoreline substantial development permit that allows for future construction of a two-story, 17,600-square-foot administrative office building at 909 NE Boat St. The project will include parking for 14 cars in a below-grade garage, in addition to surface parking for 22 cars.
