Broadview project planned
A real estate developer has submitted an application to the City's Department of Design, Construction and Land Use (DCLU) for a master-use permit to build a four-story building at 14300 Greenwood Ave. N in the Broadview neighborhood. The proposed building would include 60 multifamily residential units and parking for 101 cars. An existing building would be demolished to make way for the new construction.
Ex-Ravenna PCC site
DCLU has granted a master-use permit that will establish a parking area for the new Honeybear Bakery planned for construction on the site of the former PCC store at 6500 20th Ave. NE in the Ravenna neighborhood. The project includes restriping of the existing parking lot resulting in 30 spaces. The applicant contact is Stephen Speidel, 624-6239. The project is listed as #2107882. Animal Hospital update
DCLU has granted a master-use permit to allow construction to proceed for a 1,040-square-foot addition to the Green Lake Animal Hospital, located at 6857 Woodlawn Ave. N.
Lake City project gets OK
DCLU has granted a master-use permit to a developer who plans to build a four-story mixed-use building with retail on the ground floor and 14 multifamily housing units on the upper floors at 10205 Lake City Way NE. The project will include demolition of an existing structure.
Fremont lot to be subdivided
DCLU has granted a master-use permit to a developer represented by Jim Noland, 634-3074, which allows a single parcel at 3616 Dayton Ave. N to be subdivided into four unit lots. The subdivision of property is only for the purpose of allowing the sale or lease of the lots. The project is listed as #2202191. The construction of townhouses is being reviewed under Project #2201982. Appeals of this decision must be received no later than July 1. DCLU has granted master-use permits for three proposed townhouse projects, all of which list the same applicant contact: Brittani Ard at 282-7990:
