Case Handyman opens branch

Steve Williams, owner of Steve Williams Custom Homes Inc., has added a second business: Case Handyman Services of Seattle.

Williams describes Case Handyman as a chain with 66 franchise locations across the country that provides clients with home repair specialists who can perform small home-maintenance tasks such as repairing weatherstripping, skylight upkeep and gutter cleaning.

According to Williams, ³Homeowners today don¹t have the time, desire, or know-how to do the smaller jobs around the home. There is a tremendous need for professional companies who can handle these types of jobs.²

Each Case Handyman home specialist has a minimum of 10 years experience and has gone through a security background check, says Williams. A two-year warranty is provided to ensure complete satisfaction of the work performed.

Case Handyman Services of Seattle and Steve Williams Custom Homes are both located at 7337 35th Ave N.E. in the Wedgwood neighborhood.

Tilth links farms with consumers

City dwellers can now purchase a share of a farm, which entitles them to weekly deliveries of produce during the growing season, under a new program offered by Seattle Tilth. The CSA list includes 40 Western Washington farms with information about how to contact them, price and where they distribute their produce. It is available, free, at www.seattletilth.org, or by dropping by the Seattle Tilth office at 4649 Sunnyside Ave. N. in the Good Shepherd Center in Wallingford.
