Neighborhood Power Project comes to Greenwood

2002 will be your year, Greenwood - at least when it comes to energy efficiency. Since 1995, Seattle City Light, with the help of other City agencies, has been conducting a roving venture called the Neighborhood Power Project which visits a different Seattle neighborhood each year and encourages energy conservation. Perks of having the project in your neighborhood include freebies like fluorescent light bulbs and low-flow shower heads and help covering the cost of insolation for single-family residences.

For the purposes of this year's Neighborhood Power Project, the "Greenwood" neighborhood extends down to Phinney Ridge as far south at N 50th Street, up north to N 105th Street, east to Aurora and west to NW 8th Avenue.
