In February, the Seattle Public Library's architect selection advisory panel had not yet made its final recommendation for an architect for the North East Library expansion project. The panel recommended four finalists: Carlson Architects, Schacht/Aslani Architects, Buffalo Design, and The Miller/Hull Partnership. The final selection, which was made in March, was The Miller/Hull Partnership.
