The City Council, our elected representatives, have declared ³open season² on neighbors of schools.
The Council are overconfident that technology will solve the neighborsı problems. Councilmembers have refused to provide extra guidelines to DCLU (the Cityıs Department of Design, Construction and Land Use) to mitigate field lights.
They are dropping a gorilla in a flower garden and saying that planting a few pansies at its feet is enough mitigation!
