If you love great bargains and you love a great auction, don't miss Sacajawea Elementary School's annual fund-raising auction and breakfast to be held on Saturday, March 18, 2000 at Sacajawea. The breakfast and silent auction begin at 8:30 a.m., with the live auction led by professional auctioneer April Brown following at 10:30 a.m.
Last year, more than 200 donations were received from area businesses and Sacajawea families. These included gift certificates from restaurants and retail stores, certificates for services donated by parents, vacation and weekend cabin getaways, gift baskets prepared by each classroom, and much more.
Open to the public, the annual Sacajawea Auction and Breakfast is the perfect way to indulge yourself, while contributing to a terrific cause. Donations support PTA-funded activities for students, including the After School Center bus, grants for special classroom projects, field trips and our enrichment program. Sacajawea is located at 9501 20th Ave NE, Seattle, WA. For more information, call Sacajawea at 729-3390.
If you are interested in donating an item or service, please call Max or Leni Heller at (206) 523-1918. You can also e-mail to max@seacraft.com or visit the website at www.seacraft.com/auction/htm. A pre-auction booklet is published and distributed through the Sacajawea community that provides great advertising for your product or service.
