A group of Christian doctors and healthcare professionals known as Shoreline Family Medicine Center is moving out of the Lake City Professional Center to a new home at 9776 Holman Road NW, Suite 102, in the Crown Hill neighborhood.
The group will reopen at its new home on Nov. 1 under a new name: Family Medicine at Carkeek Park.
The group is headed by doctors Steve Creelman, MD, and Dennis Anderson, DO, along with advanced family nurse practitioner Deonne Brown, ARNP, and certified physician assistant Doug Birkebak, PA-C.
The group issued the following statement in a flyer given to its patients: "As board-certified and additionally prepared clinicians, guided by the integrity of medical and Christian principles, our clinical staff bring a patient-centered, compassionate, and comprehensive approach to care for the whole family. These care givers maintain a tradition of sensitivity and awareness of healthcare needs and services in the greater Seattle area. A full spectrum of care is provided: prenatal, obstetric and pediatric care, to adolescent, adult and geriatric care. The clinic is equipped to perform minor surgery and to treat most injuries due to accidents, sports and physical activity."
