Get answers to your most frustrating home improvement questions at the Phinney Neighborhood Association's annual Home Design and Remodeling Fair, Sunday, Jan. 23. Consult with land use plan examiners, permit specialists, building inspectors, electrical and plumbing inspectors, as well as architects, designers, remodel contractors, carpenters, plumbers, electricians, heating experts, earthquake retrofitters, landscapers and financial experts.
