Just wanted to say that I liked your August (North Seattle history) issue a lot. Our Wedgwood "Balch" house is one of the last that is still true to its original 1950 design, furniture, cars (three 1959s) and all.
And "thanks" partly to the American Federation of Musicians (AFM) ruckus (Pacific Northwest Ballet and Civic Light Opera), the Tucson Symphony threw out the AFM and is the first Guild chapter outside of Seattle...
