Wallace Properties of Bellevue has acquired two small shopping centers in the Northgate area: Northgate Place and Fifth Avenue Plaza, according to a recent report in the Seattle Daily Journal of Commerce.
Fifth Avenue Plaza is directly across 5th Avenue NE from Northgate Mall, and Northgate Place is just to the east along Northgate Way. Wallace paid previous owner E&H Properties a total of $6.4 million to acquire the two shopping centers. Bob Wallace of Wallace Properties said he plans to make cosmetic improvements to the shopping centers.
